Ani Difranco
Angela Maria Ani DiFranco, an American-Canadian singer and songwriter. She has more than twenty albums. The songs of DiFranco are categorized as alternative rock and folk. But, they include influences from jazz hip hop punk as well as the funk genre. Ani diFranco was among the first person to create her own record label in 1990. Ani is widely considered as one of the feminist icons. DiFranco is the son of Elizabeth (Ross), and Dante Americo DiFranco. They met in The Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
