Alessia Cara

At the age of 19, she debuted her first single, Here. The song was widely acclaimed by critics as well as the public. It peaked at number 19 on the Canadian Hot 100 and Billboard Hot 100. Even Rolling Stone called the single one of its Best Songs in the year 2015. The same year she launched the album she titled Know It All, the song Scars to Your Beautiful ranked on the Billboard Hot 100 and Canadian Albums Chart Billboard 200. The track was also one of the original five songs. In an interview that Cara did in conjunction with Rap Up, the song had a lot in the minds of many of the listeners who related to her story about finding acceptance and appreciation for yourself. Cara is famous for including messages about mental health compassion and self-love in her songs. Her music is an expression of her own personal struggles in dealing with anxiety and depression. In an interview with Reuters the singer declared her album to be "half tumultuous" and "half complete". She found growth through therapy and advises people to seek out help when needed. Alessia Cara has been a Canadian artist since 1996. Her parents are of Italian descent. Her parents gave her a brand-new guitar that she was able to use to further develop her passion for the music. Three years later, when she was 13 years old, she started to sing songs she loved through YouTube. It proved to be a fantastic way to showcase to others that she possessed both talent and courage. Sweater Weather was her most popular song. An album label, EP Entertainment, noticed her and let her compose songs.
